This information note was drawn up by Tina Ferrà sas VAT number 07031491215 (hereinafter the “Tina Ferrà Camiceria”) pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 regarding the protection of personal data ("Privacy Code"), in order to describe how to manage the site http://www.danilobuglione.com and the services made available through the Site by the same Company (hereinafter the "Services"), with reference to the processing of personal data of users (hereinafter the "Users") who consult it. The information is provided only for the site www.danilobuglione.com, owned by Camiceria Napoletana srls and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links present therein.

I sistemi informatici e le procedure software preposte al funzionamento di questo sito web acquisiscono, nel corso del loro normale esercizio, alcuni dati personali la cui trasmissione è implicita nell’uso dei protocolli di comunicazione di Internet.

Si tratta di informazioni che non sono raccolte per essere associate a interessati identificati, ma che per loro stessa natura potrebbero, attraverso elaborazioni ed associazioni con dati detenuti da terzi, permettere di identificare gli Utenti.

In questa categoria di dati rientrano gli indirizzi IP o i nomi a dominio dei computer utilizzati dagli Utenti, gli indirizzi in notazione URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) delle risorse richieste, l’orario della richiesta, il metodo utilizzato nel sottoporre la richiesta al server, la dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta, il codice numerico indicante lo stato della risposta data dal server (buon fine, errore, ecc.) ed altri parametri relativi al sistema operativo e all’ambiente informatico dell’utente.

Questi dati saranno registrati in forma anonima ed aggregata e verranno utilizzati, sempre in forma aggregata, al solo fine di ricavare informazioni statistiche anonime sull’uso del sito e per controllarne il corretto funzionamento e vengono cancellati, sempre in forma aggregata, immediatamente dopo l’elaborazione. I dati potrebbero essere utilizzati per l’accertamento di responsabilità in caso di ipotetici reati informatici ai danni del sito.

Anche le opinioni e le preferenze espresse dall’Utente nell’ambito di un concorso, di un sondaggio o di un’altra similare iniziativa, laddove richieste, vengono trattate dalla Società soltanto in forma aggregata e mai individuale, né a fini di profilazione dell’Utente.

I trattamenti connessi ai Servizi di questo Sito hanno luogo presso la sede del Titolare del trattamento, come di seguito individuata, e sono curati solo da personale tecnico del Titolare all’uopo preposto nella qualità di incaricato, oppure da eventuali incaricati di occasionali operazioni di manutenzione.

Furthermore, the User agrees that some data provided, such as the mobile phone number, may be used by Camiceria Napoletana srls for the delivery of any products purchased on the website www.danilobuglione.com, in particular, the User agrees since now that this data is used to guarantee the consumer's availability at his home at the time of delivery and that the same is communicated to the shipping company appointed for this purpose.

Per quanto riguarda la raccolta ed il trattamento di dati personali, la Società non compie alcuna operazione di trattamento dei dati personali di minorenni senza il consenso dei loro genitori.

La registrazione è pertanto consentita ai soli Utenti maggiorenni o agli Utenti che abbiamo compiuto 14 anni e che abbiamo il consenso dei propri genitori.

La Società, peraltro, incoraggia l’iscrizione anche dei genitori degli Utenti registrati minorenni: in questo modo i genitori hanno la possibilità di usufruire dei Servizi e di essere sempre al corrente delle iniziative che la Società mette a disposizione dei figli, e di verificarne così la rispondenza alle proprie aspettative ed ai propri modelli e percorsi educativi.

 

MODIFICHE ALLA PRESENTE INFORMATIVA

Fermo restando che la Danilo Buglione in ogni caso non procede ad operazioni di trattamento diverse da quelle espressamente autorizzate e/o richieste da ciascun Utente, la presente informativa può essere fatta oggetto di modifiche per conformarsi a nuove disposizioni di legge o alle mutate politiche di trattamento dei dati della Società.

Foro Competente in caso di controversie
Il presente contratto è regolato dalla legge italiana. Nel caso di utente consumatore sarà competente il Tribunale di residenza o domicilio del consumatore, se ubicati in Italia. Per ogni altra controversia sarà competente, invece, il Tribunale di Napoli.
